How the Cooperative Works
Whether you’re building a home, shop, or family property, your contributions go directly toward your personal stock of blocks, cement, and iron rods. Step by step, you move closer to completing your building without overwhelming financial pressure
Pick a product (cement, blocks, roofing sheets). Contribute any amount toward it
History → records of contributions. Estimates → your contributions in units (e.g., 3 Bags of Cement). Cash summary cash + equivalent units.
When ready, submit a request form with delivery details. Cooperative arranges delivery of your entitled materials.
